The chocolatey, nutty flavor of this coffee comes from its high-altitude residence in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association-certified coffee is grown in the Chanchamayo Province of Peru at 1,400m above the sea level. Arabica Caturra and Typica varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards, without the use pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
